Free Shipping on Orders
If you order Fashion or Beauty items over $90 for a single brand. You will receive free shipping by that brand. Free shipping is based on the value of your order by brand, not total order value. (Only for standard domestic shipping)
What is Dispatch Date
This is the date the brand will post your item domestically. You will receive an email from us on this date with the shipping tracking details.
Shipping for Home Items
Due to the weight and size of Home items, we cannot offer free shipping. Please also note that free return shipping is not available for 'change of mind' home products.
One Order, Multiple Deliveries
If you order multiple items in an order. Items will be packed from each individual Brands fulfilment centres. This will mean you will receive brand specific deliveries.
If your order has multiple dispatch dates, this will also affect the number of deliveries you will receive. Brands are to send items to you as soon as they arrive.
International Shipping
Please note that international shipping is not included in the Free Shipping Policy. Availability of international shipping is under the digression of the brand. Please note all customs and import duty fees are not included in final pricing and will be the responsibility of the customer. International returns will be at your the customers cost.
Free Return Shipping
If your return application is approved, we offer free return shipping for products that fit within a standard Extra Large mailing satchel (maximum dimensions: 510 x 440 mm) and weigh under 3.5kg, excluding beauty and jewellery products. If your return meets these "Free Return Shipping” requirements, a return mailing label will be emailed to you, by the brand. Please check your junk mail for emails from brand.
Return Shipping Insurance
This is the date the brand will post your item domestically. You will receive an email from us on this date with the shipping tracking details.
