Store Credit

Simply log into your account, to view your store credit. All accepted returns are automatically transferred into store credit. Store Credit is valid for a period of 12 months.

Refund / Withdraw Credit funds

To receive a refund or withdraw your store credit, simply log into your account and click the "Withdraw” button on your credit account. Withdrawals can take up to 14 days to process.

Cancel Order

You can cancel order anytime prior to order being dispatched. Order will automatically be credited to your account. If order has been dispatched, unfortunately order will not be able to be cancelled due to order currently being in transit.

Multiple payments from 1 order / Why am I being billed multiple times?

At time of ordering, your payment details are stored with (Stripe), our payment service provider. To protect our customers, funds are captured from your chosen payment method the day before item is ready to be dispatched to you. If your order has items with multiple dispatch dates, you will receive multiple captures from your payment method to the value of the item(s) being dispatched. Total order value will not be exceeded. If item is in stock, payment will be captured at time of purchase. Your payment details are automatically deleted when returns period is completed.

For Example: Your Total order is $150 for jeans and T-shirt. The $100 jeans have a dispatch date of 15 Jun. $100 of the $150 total order will be captured from your payment method on the 14th of June.
